Our Team
Elev8 Argyll Property Group is a partnership business based in Mid-Argyll. Claire leads on the property sourcing, investment and joint-venture partnerships. Andy heads up the pest control, refurbishment projects, property maintenance & repairs. Working together and supported by reliable local contractors and partners, we deliver property solutions that strengthen the homes and communities we care deeply about.
Our Services
Property Sourcing
We source and purchase properties which present as rundown or in need of some work to realise their full potential. Our goal is to restore each property to a beautiful condition, for a new family to enjoy and according to the housing needs of the local area. If you are 1) thinking of selling your own home 2) know someone struggling to sell theirs due to condition or circumstances or 3) spot one lying empty in or around Argyll, we'd love to hear from you, as we are actively looking for our next project.
